  • Upon accepting Gnius.ai's terms and conditions, users will be provided with 20 free messages, after which they can subscribe to a monthly plan to continue using the service. Monthly subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled by the user, and Gnius.ai does not offer refunds for any type of subscription.
  • Gnius.ai is not responsible for fact-checking any responses provided by GPT-3, and users are responsible for using and relying on the information provided by GPT-3 at their own risk. Furthermore, Gnius.ai is not responsible for any downtimes that the OpenAI GPT-3 service may have.
  • Gnius.ai has a fair usage policy for subscription plans, limiting users to a total of 1000 messages per month. Users who exceed this limit may be subject to additional charges or suspension of their account. Gnius.ai reserves the right to change the fair usage policy at any time.
  • Gnius.ai makes no warranties or representations about the services or products provided, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of Gnius.ai. Gnius.ai owns all rights, including intellectual property rights, in the website and its content.
  • Gnius.ai may suspend or cancel a user's account at any time, for any reason, and users agree to indemnify and hold Gnius.ai, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand arising out of their use of Gnius.ai.
  • Gnius.ai shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Gnius.ai or any part thereof. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
