• We collect and process various personal data to provide and improve our service. This data includes a user's WhatsApp phone number, and the inferred country and preferred language based on the WhatsApp number country code. We collect statistics on the usage of the service, such as the timestamps, length, and type of messages sent by users, but the statistics are called with a hashed ID and not the actual phone number. We store users' messages temporarily on our servers to ensure conversation flow with Chat GPT-3. We also keep track of the total number of messages sent to enforce our fair usage policy for both free and premium users. For users who subscribe to Gnius.ai, Stripe collects their billing address, billing name, phone number, and email address.
• The data we collect is mandatory, and failure to provide it may make it impossible for us to provide our services. However, in cases where we state that some data is not mandatory, users are free not to provide it without affecting the availability or functioning of the service. We may use cookies or other tracking tools to provide the required service, in addition to any other purposes described in our privacy policy or cookie policy.
• Users are responsible for any third-party personal data obtained, published, or shared through our application and confirm that they have obtained the third party's consent to provide the data to us. We may create a unique ID for each user for the purpose of sending the user's input to Chat GPT-3, and we may collect statistical data on usage of the service to improve its level of service.
• We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the data. The data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, and it may be accessible to certain persons in charge, involved with the operation of our application, or external parties appointed as data processors by us. We may process personal data relating to users if it is necessary for the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, tasks carried out in the public interest, or for the legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party.
• The data is processed at our operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Depending on the user's location, data transfers may involve transferring the data to a country other than their own. We do not share users' personal details with any third-party services. In order to use OpenAI's GPT-3 API service, we send users' messages to OpenAI without any personal information attached.
• Personal data is processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected. Personal data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the owner and the user shall be retained until such a contract has been fully performed. Personal data collected for the purposes of the owner's legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes.
